Warranty Claims &
Technical Support

One convenient request for all the brands and security products we stock. Tell us what happened, include your product details and let our support team coordinate the next steps.

We help with:

βœ“ Smart locks, digital door hardware & access control

βœ“ Cameras, video doorbells, safes & bollards

βœ“ Gateways, smart home devices & accessories

βœ“ Auslock and third-party brands

01Tell us about the product

Give us the brand, model, purchase and fault details.

02We assess & coordinate

Our team reviews the request and contacts the supplier where needed.

03Receive the next steps

We will advise if more information, testing or a remedy is required.

A note about manufacturer response times We aim to review complete requests promptly. Some brands require their own technical testing, approval or warranty assessment, which can take longer than our initial review. You are welcome to contact the manufacturer directly in parallel if you prefer, which may help with product-specific troubleshooting. This is optional: if you purchased from Smart Lock Warehouse, we remain available to handle claims and any remedies we are legally required to provide.

Submit your support / warranty request

Complete the request below. Required fields are marked *. Online requests use Shopify’s contact system; supporting photos and documents can be emailed separately.

1

Your contact details

2

Product and purchase details

If unavailable, send other reasonable proof of purchase when requested.

Bought elsewhere? You can still ask for general product assistance, but for retailer remedies under Australian Consumer Law, the business that sold the product is normally the point of contact.

3

Describe the issue

Please give clear details. Do not include lock PIN codes, admin passwords, Wi-Fi passwords or other sensitive access credentials.
4

Proof of purchase & images

Use a share link only if you are comfortable granting access.

Have photos, videos or invoices? Shopify’s standard contact form does not accept direct file attachments. Submit your request here first, then email any supporting files to support@smartlockwarehouse.com.au. Include your order number and product brand/model so our team can match them to the request. Alternatively, add an accessible share link above.

5

Confirm & send

We handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a claim is not an admission that a product is defective, and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Email photos & documents

Online requests: Shopify sends form messages to your store’s configured contact email address. The email link opens a separate draft to support@smartlockwarehouse.com.au; remember to attach files and press Send. Submitting this form does not itself generate a numbered ticket.

After submitting, Shopify may display its standard contact confirmation or verification screen. Please do not send sensitive lock PINs or passwords.

Warranty & Support FAQs

Do I have to contact the manufacturer?

No. If Smart Lock Warehouse sold you the product, you can raise the issue with us. You can also contact the manufacturer or authorised distributor in parallel if you would like brand-specific assistance. We will not make that a condition of exercising your legal consumer rights.

How long will a warranty claim take?

It depends on the fault, information received and whether a manufacturer needs to inspect or approve a component. Our initial review may be quicker than the manufacturer's response. We'll explain the next step when we assess your request and work within applicable legal requirements.

Can I attach photos and videos?

Shopify’s basic online contact form does not accept direct file uploads. Submit your request first, then email attachments to support@smartlockwarehouse.com.au with your order number and product model. Or include an accessible file-sharing link in the form.

What if my manufacturer's warranty has expired?

You may still have rights under Australian Consumer Law, depending on the product and circumstances. A warranty expiry date does not automatically end all consumer-guarantee remedies. See our warranty and returns policy for further information.

Smart Lock Warehouse is operated by SMART WHAREHOUSE PTY LTD (ABN 80 696 191 545). Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and model. This support process is in addition to, and does not exclude or restrict, consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Read our Warranty & Returns Policy.
